Their music dives deep into themes of inner conflict, emotional release, and the weight of unspoken feelings. Tracks like “Wrecked” and “Notice” speak to the pain of broken connections, the weight of past regrets, and the rebellion against personal constraints.

With other powerful tracks such as “Don’t Drive” and “Hear You Out,” Throwing Distance explores themes of frustration, mental struggles, and emotional battles, offering listeners a chance to confront their own struggles.
