Just Like Clay is an indie-folk-pop band that combines virtuosic instrumental skills with compelling songwriting to take their audiences on a cathartic journey, overcoming self-doubt and delivering a strong message of community. The band consists of international musicians whose mix of experiences and instrumentation sets them apart from others in the genre.

Led by Bennet and Bonnie with vocals, violin, and cello, these typically classical/folk-inspired instruments find their place in a cathartic and celebratory indie-rock soundscape. Their strings are elevated by Florian’s indie electric guitar soundscapes and driving acoustic guitar rhythms, blending seamlessly with Peter’s fascinating, versatile combination of accordion and percussion—creating a performance as thrilling to watch as it is to hear. ♫♪♪

Supporting on the night will be

Ribble

Ribble – two Northern men, a fiddle, a guitar, and a large beard. So far, so what?
Well, add in a 90s drum synth, some mighty arrangements of meaty fiddle tunes, some songs, some wrong turns, battle scars earned busking the streets of Salisbury, a barrowload of inane banter and the feeling that your mad rum-soaked uncle is roaring at you to dance on the tables, then you’re getting close to what Ribble offer. You get a free smile with every gig or your money back (terms and conditions apply). ♫♪♪

Kalopsia Duo

Kathy and Ken first played together as co-members of Grey Heron, a 6-piece folk/rock band.
Now armed with an acoustic guitar, a soft trippy voice and an electric violin they present their own unique form of original progressive folk songs. Sometimes assembling poems and sonnets by Shakespeare, Byron and Shelley with an occasional well considered cover included too. Performing an intimate set filled with elegance and charm that is uplifting with soothing moments of calm contrasted by dynamic bursts of emotion.
The duo have supported acts including Interstellar Duo, Rob Johnston & Tim Gower at local prestigious venues in Winchester and the South.
