London-based chaos merchants Sweet Unrest have left audiences pleasantly shellshocked since forming in 2023. The band has since become a relentless creative outlet where destructive instincts are channeled into music and music videos. Self-proclaiming the genre ‘Gritpop’, there’s a constant creative conflict at their core – Jack’s insistence that every song carry a poetry of its own pulling against the band’s instinct for gut-punch immediacy. It’s this tension that gives Sweet Unrest their distinctive sound, and fuels their unpredictable live shows, forever teetering on the edge of beautiful collapse. ♫♪♪

Wednesday Works

Wednesday Works are an energetic and raw Indie-Punk band based in Portsmouth, UK. Their music draws on influences from 2000s and 2010s American punk, spanning themes of love, loneliness and climate change.

Wednesday Works have played shows all across Portsmouth and Southampton at venues such as Heartbreakers, Edge of The Wedge & Staggeringly Good Brewery including headline performances at Apsley House and The Fifth Hants.

In addition to live shows, Wednesday Works’ debut single, Alicante, was released in early 2025 and spent 3 weeks at number 1 on the South Coast Music Chart. Wednesday Works have also featured in interviews on Voice FM and Weekend Offender Record’s Pompey Live and Unplugged. ♫♪♪
