Aqualine is a 5-piece band based in Guildford. Together, they craft an explosive yet melancholic blend of alternative rock, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres such as shoegaze, grunge, hip-hop, post-punk and experimental ambience. The members consist of Ben on vocals, Patrick on lead guitar, Will on rhythm guitar, Gray on bass, and Sam on drums.

Known for translating their recorded sound into electrifying live performances, Aqualine infuses the raw and vibrant elements of their stage presence into their layered studio productions, captivating audiences wherever they take the stage.

The journey of Aqualine accelerated with the debut single ‘Looking Dead‘ catching the attention of Steve Lamacq and airing on BBC Radio 6. Following this, they have released a handful of singles and played numerous shows across the country building anticipation for their debut EP – ‘Lurker’. The EP’s singles have been released over the last couple months, promising an immersive sonic experience for their growing fanbase.

Striving to refine a unique sound, the captivating and modern sonic landscape infuses a variety of influences from many areas of music, giving the EP a fresh bold outlook. Lyrically the EP explores themes of intrusive thoughts and personal struggles, a progression of confronting these burdens is felt throughout the six songs, the loose storyline felt throughout brings the intense project together. ♫♪♪

No Kite’s three-piece band expands the noisier elements of the records, reimagining the material by blending guitar distortion with hard autotune and live drums.
