Supporting on the night will be

The Borough

The Borough are a new surf/punk/funk band permanently banned from America for accidentally revealing classified CIA secrets on their unreleased demos. The Borough was a key part of the CIA’s MKUltra project, specifically designed to reform the minds of the Reading populace into their musical ideas. Music inspired by 1960’s surf-rock, trench coat wearing secret agents, shark attacks and Tony Blair drinking cocktails in 2003.

Ronan Goron

Ronan Goron is a Brighton-based artist known for his hypnotic blend of dream pop, woven with abstract textures and trippy, genre-blurring production. His music combines eclectic samples, found sounds, and dense, wall-of-sound arrangements with mesmerising vocal lines. Ronan’s musical journey began while studying music technology at Peter Symonds College in Winchester, where he first delved into Warp Records-inspired electronica. Later, at Sussex University, he formed the dream-pop duo October Days, further honing his approach to atmospheric and cinematic soundscapes.
Drawing influence from The Beach Boys’ lush harmonies to the experimental techniques of musique concrète, Ronan has established a unique solo style, releasing two EPs and a series of singles throughout 2023 and 2024. His immersive sound has drawn comparisons to Babe Rainbow, Panda Bear, Atlas Sound, and early Pink Floyd. Ronan’s music has also extended to collaborations in theatre and film, underscoring his commitment to creating music that resonates both on stage and screen. ♫♪♪
