As they set out on gigs across the UK they are poised to release many more. ♫♪♪
Anna Muir
Based on the UK south coast, singer/ songwriter Anna Muir crafts music to drive, scream and cry to. Visceral and honest storytelling is the pillar of Anna’s writing process. Drawing from the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, Elliott Smith and Radiohead, she carefully constructs each song with a perfectionist’s precision. Intimate yet powerful vocals paired with clever lyricism and a dark humour characterise Anna’s writing. The sometimes starkly introspective lyrics are delivered on dynamic and intriguing melodies which are carried alongside dream-like guitar tones. Her 2024 debut single ‘Lost on me’ has been well received, reaching number 1 on the South Coast music chart.
Alongside her 4 piece band, Rene Maldonado (guitar), Gustavo Simas (bass) and Barney Whiffin (drums), Anna’s music swells to reach the best of indie-folk. Flowing basslines and dynamic guitar propel the songs forward, all while retaining the intimacy of the writing. This is a live show to swing your phone torch in the air and proudly shed a tear… or two. ♫♪♪
Zero Saints
Introducing Zero Saints, an alt-rock powerhouse looking to become The South Coast’s next dominating force. With Noah Lawlor’s distinctive, expressive vocals and fierce rhythm guitar, Raffi Harley’s melodic and complex lead guitar, Gabriel Oram’s driving bass and Matt Debnam’s booming drum lines, they’re fresh off a headline at The Hobbit, Southampton and have played at venues across the South Coast. Drawing their signature sound from each members’ multi-instrumental musical background, with influences such as Foo Fighters, Nirvana, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queens of The Stone Age and Green Day they smoothly blend their delicate melodies with energy and noise to create powerful and anthemic alt-rock, with no intention of going quietly or slowing down. ♫♪♪
Too Many Temples
A series of serendipitous events led Ranj, Sarb, Tom and Alberto to meet somewhere beneath the flightpath of Heathrow Airport. In a pub in Hounslow serving gushing pints, where the songs of the Beatles, Radiohead and Wu-Tang could be heard alluringly overhead, they decided to start a band.
That band is Too Many Temples, and these songs tell their story.
Described variously as ‘A perfect blend of psychedelia and noise; they remind me of BRMC meets the Verve, even the Stone Roses are in there; that’s a bloody wonderful song, just brilliant; it sounds like the Beatles song Tomorrow Never Knows; West London’s Nirvana; it’s psychedelic grunge, man; Too Many Motherf**king Temples!’ ♫♪♪
