Blank Atlas

Blank Atlas are a Bristol Based, Alt Rock 3 piece boasting 3 part harmonies, dirty riffs and huge choruses. Taking inspiration from bands ranging from Meshuggah to McFly. The band consists of twin brothers Dan & Tom Thould and their closest friend, Chris Simpson who they met in school when they were 11 years old and have been playing together since.

Bristol’s darling riff-merchants Blank Atlas have released a new single, Hope, ahead of their performance at this year’s 2000 Trees festival. 

Hope caps off a hectic touring cycle for the trio, in which their 2023 debut album Dawn Chorus led them across the UK and Ireland, sharing stages with bands such as Holding Absence, Jamie Lenman, Superlove, St Pierre Snake Invasion and El Moono – as well as gaining support from Kerrang! Radio, BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio. 

Bassist Chris Simpson said “We were so pleased with the response from [our debut album] Dawn Chorus, we wanted to continue the journey a little longer with a song that ties into the album. Lyrically, Hope is an extension of the final song on the album, Give Up. We took the theme of that song – hopelessness – and gave it a more positive spin. If you listen to the album in full, it’ll seamlessly transition into Hope. We wanted the new single to be considered as part of the album, which is why we wanted people to be able to listen to it all as one body of work.” ♫♪♪

The Colour Blind Monks are an alternative rock band, consisting of Phoebe Rose (Vocals),  Alex Cowell (Guitar), Albert Valentine (Drums) and Joe Tynan (Bass), based in the Surrey Hampshire area. ♫♪♪

Arid Wave

Arid Wave are a 3-piece alternative rock band founded in Southampton by brothers Ben & Will Palmer and now joined by Chris Cutler (Guitar/vocals, drums and bass respectively). Fusing heavy riffs with melodic passages, big choruses and throat-shredding screams, AW take elements from early 2000’s post-grunge and post-hardcore acts and craft a sound thats distinctly their own (while still paying homage to their idols). All of this is intensified only by their live show, which begins with the energy on 10 and stays there until the last riotous chord is struck and left feeding back into the night.  ♫♪♪
